By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product and subject to following terms and conditions. All orders are subjected to availability and confirmation of order price.

When placing order you confirm that all details you provide to us are true and accurate .that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there is sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subjected to such changes.

Pricing and availability

We ensure that all details, description and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur . If any such errors in price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give the option of re confirming or cancel the order. If you have already paid for the goods you will receive full refund.

Delivery charges will be additional in some orders and such charges will be clearly displayed where applicable and included in Total Cost.

Payment

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The money received upon debiting from card will be treated as deposit against the goods you wish to purchase.

Delivery

  • Delivery dates will be shown in home page of the website.
  • We strive to deliver the products on the estimated delivery date but we will not be responsible for the delay in voyage and customs clearance.
  • All customs clearance and local delivery charges will be borne by us. So you can place orders Hassle free.
  • Once the material reaches Singapore the delivery will be done through local delivery vans and courier partners.
  • You will get a call to confirm your presence and delivery schedule will be allocated.

Return & Replacement

  • You will not be able to cancel the order once the items are shipped from India
  • Cancellation will be accepted within 48 hours after placing order.
  • Goods shall be returned back if the package is damaged or expired
  • Replacement of goods with other items cannot be done during delivery
  • Goods with manufacturing defect and physical damage during delivery can be replaced and the same can be delivered in next estimated delivery date.
  • Any returns or replacements will appreciated if you inform us within 24 hours of delivery
