- Cancellation will be accepted within 48 hours after placing order.
- Goods shall be returned back if the package is damaged or expired
- Replacement of goods with other items cannot be done during delivery
- Goods with manufacturing defect and physical damage during delivery can be replaced and the same can be delivered in next estimated delivery date.

We have a “return and refund policy” which entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery or within two days of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product or found any defect in the product. We will take the returned product back with us and exchange to a new product in cases required or issue the refund to the customer’s payment method if the refund value is more than $20 or credited to customer’s Wallet as reward points if lesser. This can be redeemed in the subsequent shopping bills.
